1. Acceptance of Terms

Before a withdrawal is processed, your account must be verified. This includes confirming your identity and the payment method on record. Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Players may also request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance of legitimately acquired funds — after deducting any active bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing.

• Accounts inactive for an extended period may be flagged as dormant and subject to a maintenance fee as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule.
